Tony has 4 older sisters. All of their hair grew mullet style and they didn’t get a cut until 4 years old. I (mom) was excited to have a little boy and get little boy cuts. Dad surprised me and said no, he’ll have a mullet. I conceded and turns out he’s the cutest possible in his mullet. Some have said he has the likeness of a baby Joe Dirt.
