Without even knowing what it was called at the time, back in the late 80's early 90's I let the hair stylist do his thing. Valentino is where I went faithfully. I said I like it long in the back and short on the top and that's what we did. Having long hair was my thing, I just wanted it. Maybe it was because I was more of a rebel and still am. I have always kept my hair trimmed and looking good.
Moving ahead to 2011 I decided it was time to return to the style with my wife as the hairstylist. Some things were happening in my life such as I was getting older. I found out I was to be a grandfather in about 9 months. And, I didn't care what anyone would think if I had one again. So, I said to myself, "I don't care about what anyone says to me I am going to sport the mullet hairstyle again." And so I did. Little did I know in 2021 I would be watching an event on television at the local Wings and Rings restaurant with dudes showing off their mullet hairstyles. A contest for mullet hairstyles? I have to enter that.
This is now the 3rd year in a row that I have entered the Mullet Champ contest looking for the number 1 position. Help me out today to get me to number 1!
