The Oswegatchie Otter tail started 3 years ago. Levi started by the suggestion of one of his friends. He started the style and hasn't looked back or even thought of cutting it since the style started. All natural the Otter tail is naturally curly and flows in the breeze with its own mind. Levi's attitude fits the mullet lifestyle to a T. He is easy going, happy, sociable, the jokester of the group, and an overall great human. He loves outdoors, football, baseball, riding dirt bikes, hunting, getting muddy, and anything american. We are on year 2 of the competition and this kid just constantly impresses us by never giving up.
