Hunter “Hawk” McAllister

Branson, Missouri

My name is Hunter “Hawk” McAllister, and I’m 34 years old from Branson, Missouri. Growing up in a town known for music and showmanship, I spent my youth performing with my family's musical act. It was during those years under the stage lights that I first found my style — and my love for a good mullet. But over time, it became about more than just appearances.

I’ve always believed in using what you have to make a difference. For me, that meant standing by the people who have served our country. Watching close friends and family members struggle after their military service changed me; it opened my eyes to the challenges veterans face every day when they come home. I knew I had to do something, and that’s when I discovered the work Mullet Champ does for military veterans.

Growing my mullet became my personal statement, a way to bring awareness and rally support for those who served. It’s not just a hairstyle for me — it’s a symbol of my commitment to giving back. Through competitions, trims, and every outrageous style I take on, I’m doing my part to amplify the work being done for veterans.

My journey has always been about combining self-expression with purpose. If my mullet can bring a smile, turn heads, or inspire someone else to make a difference, then every bit of effort has been worth it. This is more than just a flow — it’s my pledge to serve those who have given so much.

USA Mullet Champ proudly supports JAH4WW once again this year!
