Hunter is 1 of 2 people in the world with a mosaic type of Pura Syndrome. He also has autism, epilepsy, and is visually impaired. What started as an easy way to keep the hair away from his eyes and away from his ears became the mullet. Due to his sensory challenges it was all I could manage with his hair but soon learned the mullet was making a come back. He now sports curly long locks that run down his back when wet and curl up to the back of his shoulders when dry.
