From the mountain to the ocean Declan has rocked his mullet for the past year. He's a determined young man and when he heard about a Mullet Competition he was 110% in it to win it! From dirt biking to skating to surfing, Declans long, blonde, curly mullet gets comments from others in our community. He is quick to respond by informing folks that he's helping to raise money for Veterans, and that he wants to invest his winnings in "buying land" for himself.
