I started growing my mullet almost two years ago. I decided to try out a mullet after finding it difficult to keep hair out of my face at Historical European Martial Arts competitions. After my first cut, I fell in love with having a mullet. My mullet allowed me to experience the fun of having long hair while remaining short enough on top that it didn't get in my way. Since then, I have grown my mullet longer and experimented with shaving different patterns into the sides.
