This hockey goalie has been inspired by many of famous mullet donning goalies before him like the tough Patrick Roy. Carter puts his heart and soul into learning how to be the best goalie on the ice and he knew right off that the best way to intimidate his opponent is with an ultimate mullet. In all seriousness, he learned of the mullet competition last year and how it raises money for veterans and was immediately sold on the idea. His haircuts have never been the same.
