Carter has always been an old soul. His favorite song at 2 years old was Smokey Mountain Rain by Ronnie Milsap. He has had beautiful curls his whole life, tried a mohawk, and landed on a mullet two years ago. He has had his mullet since kindergarten, and whenever he's asked when he'll cut it his answer is never! He was born in the wrong era, and is bringing the 80's back in the best way!
